JONATHAN WALLACE

AIA, M.Arch, LEED AP BD+C

Jonathan is the founder and CEO of AVLV. He leads the firm’s architecture, development, and real estate operations, while also driving the overall long term growth, strategy, and mission.

Jonathan is a visionary leader and multifaceted professional—an architect, general contractor, real estate developer, and licensed realtor—whose interdisciplinary expertise informs AVLV’s holistic approach to the entire lifecycle of the built environment. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to environmental stewardship, social impact, and innovation.

A self-made entrepreneur, Jonathan began his journey working as a general laborer in construction to support himself through architecture school. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from Temple University, all while gaining hands-on experience in architecture and construction. His architectural training includes work at renowned firms such as HDO Architecture, WRT Design, and Atrium Design Group. As he rose through the ranks, Jonathan became a registered architect and general contractor. Having this dual knowledge and realizing the need for sustainable developments, Jonathan became a real estate developer. His creation of AVLV is the culmination of this integrated vision—delivering sustainable, cost-effective, and community-centered developments through a unified, in-house process.
